This Privacy Policy describes how Koding Studio SG ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Face to Face Big 2 iOS app (the "App"). If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.

Information we collect
1) Gameplay & App Usage
We may collect non-personal gameplay and usage data such as moves played, match outcomes, session lengths, and feature interactions. This data is aggregated or pseudonymized and is not used to identify you.
2) Diagnostics & Logs
To maintain reliability, we may collect crash reports, error logs, and basic technical information (e.g., device model, iOS version, App version, approximate timestamps). These logs are used solely to investigate issues and improve performance.
3) Video Chat
The App offers live video and audio chat between players using WebRTC technology. Video and audio streams are transmitted directly between players' devices (peer-to-peer) when network conditions allow. When direct connection is not possible due to network restrictions, streams may be temporarily relayed through our servers at Digital Ocean solely to establish connectivity. In both scenarios, we do not record, store, analyze, or retain your audio or video data. No facial recognition or biometric analysis is performed.
Information we do not collect
- No account names, emails, or phone numbers are required by the App.
- No address book, precise location, health, or financial data are collected by us.
- No advertising identifiers are used for cross-app tracking.
How we use information
- Operate and provide core features (including multiplayer and video chat).
- Monitor performance, detect/prevent abuse, and fix bugs.
- Improve gameplay balance and user experience.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Sharing & third parties
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions, for example:
- Logging/Monitoring (e.g., logflare): to store crash and error logs and help diagnose issues.
- Hosting & Networking (e.g., fly.io, digital ocean): to operate servers and facilitate low-latency connectivity for multiplayer and calls.
- Apple: distribution via the App Store; your device may send Apple crash logs if you opt in via iOS settings.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
Retention
We retain gameplay, diagnostic, and security logs only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, after which they are deleted or de-identified. Retention periods may vary based on operational needs and legal requirements.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Your choices & rights
- Device settings: You can control camera/microphone access, push notifications, and analytics/crash sharing in iOS Settings.

Children's privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age specified in the App Store age rating. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
